Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Mister Bet ("Licensor") for the use of the Mister Bet mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and subject to the terms of this EULA.

Restrictions

You may not:

  1. (a) Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
  2. (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
  3. (c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
  4. (d) Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  5. (e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App

Virtual Items

Virtual points and achievements within the App have no real-world monetary value. They exist solely within the App for entertainment purposes and cannot be traded, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for real currency, goods, or services.

Updates

We may from time to time release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Your continued use of the App following any such updates constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms and conditions.

Third-Party Content

Match data displayed in the App is provided by third-party public APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any third-party content. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in third-party data.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mister Bet, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mister Bet regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
